This is a traditional spacious manor house offering absolute comfort and able to accommodate up to 8 people in 180m2 of two floors of interior space plus balconies and terraces. The house offers, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas plus two living rooms with fireplaces!
The house is air-conditioned but there is also central heating and fireplace for wintertime visitors.
Both floors are surrounded by terraces or balconies offering extra sitting or dining space. Natural light bathes all interior spaces while windows offer lovely views of the outside, the full of green landscape, Pelion mountain and the sea in the background.
The house is situated 10km away Volos, 10km away from Agios Lavrentios village and just 1.5km from the nearest beach. It is an ideal location if you like to stay away from the busy Volos city center but also be next to the beach or close to the famous Pelion Mountain offering unique natural and cultural sights plus many sports activities such as trekking during any season or skiing during winter months.
• Bedrooms
The villa offers 3 spacious and bright bedrooms. The first double bedroom, on the ground floor, offers lovely views to the garden, it is air-conditioned and has a smart TV. The second double bedroom is on the first floor, it offers a private balcony with garden and sea views plus air conditioning. The third double bedroom offers beautiful mountain views.
• Bathrooms
The house has two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, one on each floor. A washing machine is available. All kinds of essentials and towels are provided for the guests.
• Kitchen
The main kitchen on the ground floor and is fully equipped with modern electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day. The dining table and chairs can comfortably accommodate six persons. There is an additional fully equipped kitchen with dining room on the first floor.
• Living Room
The house offers two living rooms with dining areas on each floor. Both living rooms have comfortable sofas and fireplaces for wintertime visitors. Two extra people can sleep on the living room couches if needed.

The first floor of the house has two balconies offering great views of the garden and the sea in the background or Pelion mountain at the back.The ground floor is surrounded by a Mediterranean tree and flower garden and offers a paved terrace with plenty of space to enjoy moments of relaxation and privacy in different sitting or dining area.

Our home is situated in the area of Kato Lechonia, a semi touristic village and at about 500m away you can find cafes, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and a bus stop with regular routes to Volos. At about 1.5-2km towards to seaside you can find more restaurant and beach bars and an ATM. The house is located 21km from the ski center.
Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €10 per night, while from November to February, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
