This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom converted country cottage featuring classic black timber flooring throughout, high ceilings, original artworks & French Country styling, sleeps up to 8 people with privacy, comfort and space.
KITCHEN, LIVING, LOUNGE & DINING
Opening through French doors from the fully weather protected east facing entertaining deck, enter the fully equipped rustic country farm kitchen. The kitchen table seats 6, plus an extra 2 people on the island bench. The lounge and dining room (also opening to the east facing front deck through two set of French doors) features a rustic dining table with seating for 8.
Nestle into the cosy couches from King Living and take in the warmth from the roaring fireplace. This space is a warm and cosy place, also equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning, to gather with family or friends for board games, or a good movie.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom consists of a comfortable king bed, walk-in wardrobe with iron/iron board, a beautifully appointed ensuite with luxury Christian Lacroix amenities, featuring walk-in rain shower, marble top vintage vanity, a blow-dryer and own toilet. The master opens to the front deck through French doors and is equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning, and a big screen TV connected to Chromecast with Netflix, Stan, Stan sport and Disney+ available.
A 2nd bedroom is equipped with a high king bed, an antique chest of drawers, a Smart TV connected to Netflix, Stan, Stan Sport, Disney +, a free-standing vintage wardrobe, and a beautiful, seated bay window overlooking the cubby house.
The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a king bed which converts to 2 twin beds (upon request) to adapt to your group needs. This bedroom opens to the rear sundeck through French doors.
The 4th bedroom features 2 single beds and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
AMENITIES
The second luxury bathroom is equipped with luxury Christian Lacroix amenities, a deep bath, a rain shower, large vanity, blow-dryer, and toilet. The house is also equipped with a third separate toilet, and a small laundry with washing machine and a washing line for guest use.

OUTDOORS
The Sundeck
Where people can enjoy outdoor dining for 8 people, with a 6 burners BBQ just off the deck, next to the steps. Guests will also enjoy gather around the firepit on a still mountain night.
The Front Deck
Very large with plenty of sitting, the Front Deck is a great entertaining area. Fully weather protected, with electrical blinds and louvres, it offers the best views of the property.
Child friendly play with cute rustic timber cubby equipped with books, and toys for imaginative play.
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Guests will love exploring the property through the cattle yards. From the house you can walk to the gate located next to the beautiful fig tree, where our beautiful handmade 2 seater swing is located, and start your medium level hike journey (40min to 1h return) down to the creek, you will discover 2 beautiful dams and you can head straight up into your own private little rain forest and make your way at the top of the property, through the cattle tracks, where you can take some amazing scenic views. A great little adventure to take with proper hiking shoes or wellies and a great venue for some lifetime memory photos and some great Insta shots. Core memories are made here in this timeless scenery.
This home is equipped with gym equipment (1 elliptical machine, 1 yoga mat, 2 x 2kgs weights), ping pong table and seating, the front deck is fully protected to adapt to any weather conditions with electric blinds, louvres, and a hard roof top. It’s a great place to gather or relax and enjoy the wildlife and the country views.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, except for the garage and shed area. Signage onsite needs to be followed.
Other things to note
This is a working farm & rural area. The cattle caretaker has access to the property at all times. Please ensure appropriate footwear is worn during your adventures. Please also be mindful and respectful of livestock & wildlife on the property and ensure gates are closed at all times.
There is a strict no party policy and no more guests than in the booking are allowed to stay overnight.
For day time visitors and special occasions, seek permission to your host. Conditions and extra cost might occur.
