The Space:
This place is just so peaceful and relaxing, that as soon as you enter, you will feel it. It is a refuge from the sounds of the city with only the sound of cows mooing and birds in song. The open plan living gives you a great area to just feel so free and chill out completely. The out look of the rambling hillsides and rural setting compliment the house. Not to mention the babbling brook that contains platypus, fish and turtles.
You will have full access of the house. Satellite television, Netflix and DVD player here and a great selection of movies too. Ceiling fans are the best on hot days, but the fresh air always flows so well in the valley. We have a wood fire heater, lovely on a cold winters night, provided is wood for one night, but if you wish to have a fire each night, please pick up extra from the local service station. Gas heating too.
There is a bath with a spa but it does not work and unfortunately due to water issues prefer you shower only.
A washing machine for washing available too. Outside there is a Webber gas BBQ. Inside a gas stove, electric oven and microwave oven. You will enjoy cooking in the kitchen with the country outlook.

The house is situated in a very quiet valley, down a country dirt road. Totally tree covered. You cannot see any neighbours houses. So there is total privacy. You will be totally captured in the romantic setting as you sip your glass of wine in the afternoon, watching the magpie geese fly by. Or go for an afternoon or evening walk. You'll fall inlove with the place.
We are dog friendly, but only ask that dogs not be allowed on the couch and bed. Dogs not to be left unattended as a crying dog upsets the quiet neighbourhood. Dogs not to be unleashed as there is native fauna in the bush here. The occasional snake is around as is ticks. We only ask that if your dog leaves lots of hair that you vacuum it up before check out.
You really need a car. As it is 5 kilometre out of town. About 20 minutes to the beach at Noosa. 10 minutes to the Eumundi market.
The house is on tank water and it is discoloured by the leaves and tannin, but is filtered at the house. We have provided a separate drinking water unit in the kitchen for your use.
The concrete drive is steep and can be a challenge to some, but it is easy after a couple of goes. Your car will be under cover and protected.

Getting Around:
You really need a car. As it is 5 kilometre out of town. About 20 minutes to the beach at Noosa. 10 minutes to the Eumundi market.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this property is on tank water. As we are experiencing a dry period right now, we appreciate you being as conservative as you can with the usage of the water. Please also be mindful as its on septic, no sanitary items, wipes, chemicals, etc. to be flushed. We appreciate your understanding.
Just a heads up this is a house in the country located on a dirt road. So dust is around, especially if we have had no rain. You may come across is the occasional spiders web, ant, leaves that may blow in through the large bi fold doors. Strangely enough mosquitoes are not a problem. But coils are provided.
The house is a little gem nestled in a quiet rural setting with a million dollar view we love to share it with like-minded appreciative people.
If you are not used to country living perhaps this is not the destination for you, this is not a 5 star inner city hotel it is someone's home in a rural setting, please keep that in mind when booking.
Please note whilst this property is pet friendly there are no fences on the property and would not suit all pets. If in doubt please send an enquiry before booking to avoid disappointment.
