The guesthouse has a private entrance, fenced yard, wireless internet, HDTV, stocked kitchen, full bath, washer/dryer and parking next to the unit. The duplex is one of two duplexes on the property. You may rent both the Cabin and the Cottage, side by side duplex if you require two bedrooms or more!

Minutes from downtown, the Alaska Railroad Depot, Joint base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska Native Heritage Center, University of Alaska, Providence and Alaska Regional Hospitals, Alaska Native Medical Center. Anchorage boasts the Anchorage Museum of History and Art, great restaurants, namely Glacier Brewhouse, Orso, Ginger, Simon and Seafort's, Crush, offering fresh fish caught in Alaska waters and vegetables grown in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley.
