Summary: We were upgraded to an amazing villa. That was the bright spot to the experience. The service did not match the cost. Value was not there. Best way to describe is Marriott vibes with a bureaucratic undertone. The farthest thing you could get from five star. If I was taking over the resort I would fire everyone and start from scratch.
