Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a Private Pool with a poolside bar that includes a TV and seating for 4. Private Soundfront dock (Boat and Boat lift not for guest use), outside shower with utility sink and a large yard with a charcoal grill and fire pit with seating area. Inside you'll find a garage with a full-size refrigerator, half bath and ELEVATOR access to all levels.
Mid Level: King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private screened porch access with sound views that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 2. Dining area seating 4, half bath and King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, sound views and private bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Extras: Private Pool (19' x 9'), poolside bar, ELEVATOR, 5 TVs, 2 full-size refrigerators, charcoal grill, firepit, private dock (Boat and Boat lift not for guest use), gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), 3 kayaks, outside shower and utility sink, booster seat and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Boat and boat lift will not be available for guest use.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at COL22. The views on the canal were wonderful. Being Easter weekend, the traffic on the water was minimal, so it made for a nice, peaceful stay. I imagine it's noisier mid-summer. It does get windy, so we didn't spend much time outside.However, we did have a few, probably nit-picky, complaints. My family and I have stayed at quite a few rental homes over the years, so I feel like I can speak on what is reasonable to expect. My main complaint was the very minimal supplies provided. Each bathroom only came with one roll of toilet paper and no hand soap. I would expect hand soap in each bathroom. There was also no dish soap, scrubbing sponge, or dishwasher detergent. These are basics I would expect to be provided, especially if you expect the dishes to be cleaned and the dishwasher to be run at the end of the stay. We flew from the other side of the country and tried to pack light. There was no room to bring these things.I would also have appreciated having a 3-ring binder explaining the various home amenities, nearby recommendations for eating, instructions for when the trash cans should be placed at the curb. Things like that. Like I said before, every other rental home we've stayed in had a binder like this.The last little point is that the home has two nice patio areas for sitting outside. However, we didn't use them because they hadn't been swept or hosed off and were very buggy. The patio off the living room needs more seating.
