Self check in is at 2pm by a locked box near by and check out at 10am. If you want a late check out, please provide as much notice so I can check availability. Asking the day of check out may see you disappointed. Need an early check in? Please contact me to check availability.
Come and go as you like using swipe fob to enter the lobby and activate the lift to level 1. Unit 6 is directly out of the lift to the left.

Please have ALL guests staying check in & provide their details or your booking will be cancelled.
Pet friendly unit for SMALL, potty trained dogs for short stays only. Please bring their own bed, food, bowls & don't allow them on the furniture, except the small seater in the bedroom. Select PET upon check out as extra costs incur for stay & cleaning. Please kindly advise me before booking.
Ensure you check out including your PET as a guest or I will cancel your booking.
For long terms stays, guests can request mid stay cleaning services for $80 from my external cleaning company.
Strictly no Smoking/vaping in this unit. This is a non-smoking complex. If the smoke alarm is activated you will be liable for any fire call out fees. Any evidence of smoking or cigarette butts found on the premises/patio will be a $200 fee. Please don't smoke here
