The house has ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fans and large floor to ceiling sliding doors that open onto the decks.
Privately situated, the house has its own swimming pool as well as enjoying access to the community swimming pool, tennis court and children's playground.

There are the 2 living spaces with 50″ Smart TV’s and a separate dining room, plus a kitchen, laundry and double lock-up garage. Upstairs, there is another sitting room which overlooks the covered deck and casual outdoor setting.
