The bedrooms have plenty of closet space, too. The property offers a pleasant retreat for guests away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The unit has a full size kitchen with dishwasher, gas range/oven, microwave and water filtration system for the kitchen sink. Also enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and new washer/dryer in the unit. The unit features lovely travertine tile floors. The two - 3/4 baths are fully tiled in travertine tile with alabaster vessel sinks. Take a plunge in the refreshing swimming pool or prepare a lovely meal on the terrace grill to share as you watch the whales breach in the bay. Once inside the building there is an elevator. There is a community staircase that takes you to the entrance of the building. There are numerous restaurants, bars and eateries in the neighborhood and a full size grocery about 4 blocks north of the Malecon. The building bylaws require us to state there is a maximum occupancy of four adults over the age of 30. No children. There is parking available for one vehicle, if requested.
