Upon entering the oversized front door, you are greeted with the media room to the left with leather reclining seating, surround sound and under-floor mood lighting, with the office to the right.
Great separation of living zones for the whole family is here as you move towards the open plan kitchen, living, and dining area, which seamlessly flows onto the outdoor alfresco area and lap pool.
Entertaining friends and family will be a breeze from the central heart of the home. The modern kitchen features an island bench with dual sinks, dishwasher. Four-burner Electric cooking, range hood, plumbed French door fridge, chilled wine cabinet, and ample benchtop and storage space plus wine glass display cupboard and liquor cabinet. Extra appliances include coffee maker and Phillips Air Fryer.
You will find two generous-sized bedrooms, both with ducted air, ceiling fans, and built-in mirrored wardrobes. The main bathroom, complete with floor-to-ceiling tiles and a separate toilet, is also situated here to service the home. Also featuring a multipurpose room (kids play space or reading nook) with a sliding door flowing onto the outdoor alfresco area.
