Summary: We signed the shuttle service roster for our early morning flight and were ready in the lobby as requested 10 minutes prior, bur no shuttle showed up and there was no one at the front desk either. We called the hotel, called on the intercom but there was no response. We ended up having to call an uber. We were pretty stressed and disappointed.
