FISHING AND CRABBING PARADISE!

Welcome to "Around the Bend" the place to go so you don't "go around the bend!" Here you can relax and revive overlooking the beautiful Burrum River.

This 5163m2 property is situated on the deepwater Cherwell River with good access from the property, with your own private fishing jetty to catch lunch or dinner. The property is also a short drive to the public boat ramp.

The home has been wonderfully renovated. The shed is a good size with full concrete floor, power and remote access.

Great views from the kitchen, dining and bedroom of the river sets the scene for the ideal relaxing getaway in Pacific Haven.

Pacific Haven is a 5 minute drive to the township of Howard, a historic coal mining town but today is a small service centre surrounded by sugar plantations and citrus orchards. In the centre of Howard you'll find the Grand Hotel & Bottle-O, IGA, Post office, off-leash dog park, pharmcy, butchery & bakery. Approx 25 minute drive will take you to the heart of Burrum Heads famous for its relaxed coastal lifestyle, plenty of fishing and beautiful safe beaches.

Please keep in mind for your child's safety that this property is NOT fully fenced.
