3. Hydrate well before and after use. Avoid alcohol or heavy meals prior to entering the sauna.
4. Temperature: Do not adjust the temperature settings beyond the recommended level (usually 160–190°F / 70–90°C).
5. Supervision required: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
6. Health notice:
• Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, or other medical concerns without your doctor’s approval.
• Discontinue use immediately if you feel dizzy, light-headed, or unwell.
7. Clothing & towels:
• Please sit on a towel to protect the benches.
• Swimsuits or clean clothing only — no outdoor shoes or street clothes inside.
8. Do not pour excessive water on the heating stones or use any oils/aromatherapy unless provided by the host.
9. No food, drinks, or glass containers inside the sauna.
10. Turn off all lights and heating elements after use and leave the door slightly open to allow ventilation.
