Summary: Excellent setting and most staff very helpful and friendly. Game drive and Elephant experience were great. My only issues were the unhelpfulness/unfriendliness of the spa staff, the lack of a gym and the service around the small pool. The hotel would benefit from a wine tasting option and more spa facilities, like sauna and jacuzzi
