The condo has a main villa & connected mini suite, perfect for 2 families or a family with children. Minutes to pristine Sunset Beach and Intracoastal Waterway. Conveniently located between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC airports. Close to restaurants, shopping, and family attractions.

The pool across from the building is open for the season and there is no fee to use it.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, full size refrigerator & ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. Iron & Ironing board provided as well.
