Guest Access:
Guests may use all areas of this property. Walking access through adjacent private carport to gate and path to Robberg Beach. We will also clarify all items and areas for guest use during meet and greet on arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Affectionately known as "Millionaire's Mile" - Located seaside on the world renowned Beach Head Drive on Robberg Beach which is a Blue Flag graded, pristine beach. Safe for running, cycling, walking, swimming and water sports.
Getting Around:
• Walking path onto Robberg Beach via private gate
• A short drive to shops, restaurants and other beaches
Other Things to Note:
• The children friendly Husky, named Tequila, will introduce himself right away. The other resident dog, Juniper, is as shy as the cat, Whiskey. The pets remain with the owner in the Main Home but may wonder over, if invited.
• The home is serviced with a property manager and two domestic cleaners, between 8am and 3pm, who will follow a preset schedule of daily tasks to make your stay comfortable. Their duties do not include waiting, washing vehicles or cooking; the home is self-catering. The domestic cleaners do not care for personal washing, should this be needed, it can be arranged.
• This home is annexed and private from the main house which is not included in the rental. It is landscaped and discreetly screened from the main house.
Interaction with Guests:
1. We love giving you the personal touch, that's why we will meet you on check-in to show you around and get you settled in.
2. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away.
3. Two maids and one property manager available from 8am until 3pm daily
