Villa Livadia is located in a beautiful green natural environment a short distance from some quiet sandy and pebble beaches and from the most famous mysterious sites in Greece (ancient theater of Epidaurus, Mycenae, Thyrinth, Nemea, Corinth). It is furnished with a light and relaxing interior and has been designed with child safety in mind. If you want to enjoy Greek nights and nightlife you can visit Nafplio, Spetses and Athens. The house can accommodate 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread over two floors, a large living room and dining room, central underfloor heating throughout plus air conditioning. The entire house has a typical and barrier-free marble floor. The floors are accessible via a spacious marble staircase. Ground floor: entrance and hall, tastefully decorated spacious living room of approx. 100 m², satellite TV and Wi-Fi, with a beautiful lounge sofa and a fireplace, dining room with seating for 12 people, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, bedroom ( with a double bed) with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace with sea views. The lounge sofa in the living room can partially unfold into an extra double bed. First floor: 4 spacious bedrooms, air-conditioned and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, one of which has a jacuzzi. All bathrooms are fully furnished and finished with handmade mosaic.
