Enter through the ancient Indian hand carved doors into a massive
open planned lounge, dining and kitchen looking out onto your private
pontoon and canals of the Gold coast. Fully equipped kitchen with
quality cooktops, oven and dishwasher. Crockery from St Barts and
wine/champagne glasses.
Dining area has whitewashed distressed wooden table with a
beautiful chandelier above. Lounge area has 2 comfortable couches to
relax on with access to boutique fashion books, magazines, puzzles and
boardgames. 2 super comfortable swinging chairs overlooking the canals
to spend hours unwinding.
This area naturally leads into the incredible peaceful, romantic
and stunning Master bedroom. Kingsize bed with quality Sheraton sheets,
pillows and quality doona covers. The bedroom has a bay window with a
seating bench looking out onto the water where you can watch the sunset
and moon rising from your bed.
Walk in wardrobe with quality bathrobes and coat hangers provided
for your personal items. Master bathroom has quality brass taps boasts
a spacious double shower with great water pressure. High end
Serendipity bathroom packs are provided containing soaps, shampoos,
conditioners and body lotion.
Double sinks and mirrors creating ease for couples to get ready
together. 2nd separate toilet area is provided. The space is enclosed
by sliding glass doors which can all be opened providing an
indoor/outdoor living experience.
The covered deck contains a large wooden table for alfresco dining
while overlooking your private saltwater pool, jaw dropping Rajasthani
gazebo and pretty water canals. The swimming pool is large and built
with pretty tiles adorning its edges.
Entire outside area has been made with travertine tiles creating a
spectacular private oasis. At night time there are coloured lights
within the landscaped gardens to light up the pool area. The antique
Indian gazebo is a very special place to sit for your morning coffee or
sunset champagnes. It is an excellent opportunity to get in a
photoshoot with a professional backdrop.
Kayaks can be provided at an added cost and you can even kayak to
the local shopping centre to grab some lunch in the newly refurbished
waterfront cafes.
Guest access:
The entire common spaces, indoor and outdoor as well as the Master
Bedroom, ensuite bathroom plus a second toilet.
