Summary: I cannot say enough great things about the 12 Keys. This was my first time in Athens and I was a solo traveler. I did a lot of research before booking, and this place was perfect for my 10 days exploring the city. It's within a 10-minute walk of the Acropolis metro & museum. It's close to a bunch of major historical sites, including the Parthenon, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Roman Agora, the Ancient Athens Agoro, Socrates Prison, the National Garden and more. Its only 15 minute walk to Plaka, a trendy neighbourhood with fabulous shopping and eateries. The 12 Keys itself is a safe, secure building with the best staff ever. Gianos and Anastasia provided great recommendations, were extremely helpful, and always available by WhatsApp. Rooms were cleaned daily and exactly as advertised. I stayed in the senior suite, with a full kitchen, bedroom, and living area. Shower was great. There was a large balcony & A/C, which is essential in this heat! They also provided affordable airport transfers, which was better than the taxis. The driver even picked me up at the airport holding a sign with my name! The amazing staff even printed out a document I needed for work, free of charge. When Netflix wasnt working on my TV, Gianos gave me a bottle of wine. The hospitality is phenomenal. It's also very quiet here, which is nice after a long day exploring the city. 12 Keys is perfect for long term stays,.

Summary: The property was centrally located with access to restaurants and metro line. The property manager was very accommodating with our questions and providing directions. The only negative feedback is that we were not allowed rooftop access, which is pictured in the property description. That apt was rented out long term

Summary: We very much enjoyed our three night stay at 12 Keys… Giannis was a warm and helpful manager that gave recommendations and helped make us feel very much at home. We rented a superior unit which had good cooking facilities, plenty of hot water, a clothes washing machine, and good Wi-Fi. Location is a short walk to the acropolis. The area felt very safe.
