Positive: Zereno Tulum is a beautiful place. The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure you were accommodated (would even remind you about what time to bring breakfast). Renting a bike was super cool and it being in a gated area- as a solo traveler- made me feel safer.

Negative: My room was along the road so the constant cars, trucks, cats, and people were loud a lot of the time. There was also a huge fire burning across the street almost everyday, so I didn’t spend much time on the terrace. The room doors are very light so when people would come in and out, the doors would slam. I also wish there was somewhere to grab a snack or drink at the property.
