Positive: Apartment was a good layout and good location

Negative: Apartment was adjacent to cleaning and storage., noisy early in the morning. It also needed a bit more attention .bathroom tiles quite mouldy..ceiling fan remote wouldn't turn fan off assuming flat battery. Battery in main tv remote was low. Second bed waS not made up as requested. Sofa bed mattress could do with replacing.
