Summary: We booked two family room advertised with queen & 2xtwin and booked due to excellent ratings but this was not the case, the beds were not set up and to make up our own beds for kids, the blankets were dirty, the room itself is dated and not like the pictures, holes in curtains, aircon smells, tv didn’t work in one room, bathrooms had mould and tap in basin didn’t really work more than a dribble, rubbish in garden areas outside room. Not impressed at all and won’t be back. Might look ok from outside but not on inside and not as it is advertised.
