This waterfront villa is the work of art of the famous Greek architect Zenetos. It is situated in Evia island, between Eretria and Amarynthos. The area is a very popular holiday getaway-hideaway for many VIP and celebrities.Villa Aggeliki provides a carefully designed residence of 250 s.M, in complete harmony with the sea and the pine grove. It is tucked into the existing land of 5,500 m of pine trees & direct access to the beach, swim in -swim out through a typical Mediterranean garden.There is simplicity in the plan of the house which is focused on indoor-outdoor living. Stone, teak wood and cement mix and match in this very unique design with dining & living spaces giving onto a broad terrace and garden just next to the sea.It is an ideal set up for sea lovers seeking peace and relaxing holidays .Late night dip and star gazing is pretty common in villa Aggeliki. Ideal for families, water sports fans,reunion holidays, weddings, romantic getaways, private parties ,only 65 km from Athens international airport.
We can accommodate in beds up to 15 guests, but recommended number is 12-13.

Totally unspoiled with Mediterranean smells. Evia although an island enjoys the privilege of vicinity to Athens, thus one can easily commute to Athens either by the bridge or by ferry.
The ancient city of Eretria is 2km from the villa. In Evia you could visit ancient sites, medieval castles, byzantine churches and monasteries and enjoy the unique ecosystem, sand and pebble beaches. Evia boasts fruitful valleys, forests,caves, gorges and magical shores with tranquility and charming fishing villages. Due to its location- middle of Greece, easy access to high way- , one can plan day trips all over Greece. Greek Parthenon is only one and half our drive, famous Delphi the center of earth same, Meteora two and half hrs drive, Olympia three hrs drive.....
