Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage. There is space to park two cars in the driveway inside the electric gate. There is also plenty of free street parking available.

Pelican Waters is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of scenic cycling and walking tracks. A short drive north will take you to the main street of Golden Beach with an array of cafes, restaurants, post office and a grocery store. Pelican Waters also has a shopping precinct with shops, a tavern, cafes and a range of parks - only a 4-minute drive away.
