Plenty of room to relax, play and entertain in peace and quiet with water views from all aspects of the home. Central to Sunshine Coasts iconic beach ; Mooloolaba beach only 7 minutes away. Waterfront Tavern and shopping precinct only 3 minutes away.
THE SPACE
The downstairs living space has 4 stools to the kitchen bar bench, 6 seater dining table, and large lounge with smart TV.
Brand new Nespresso coffee machine with pods supplied.
Our upstairs lounge room is comfortable for some quiet time and has a smart TV.
Our self contained Kitchen has gas cooktop, electric oven, large double door fridge freezer, Nespresso pod coffee machine with pods supplied, basic cooking supplies like oil, salt and pepper and spreads etc. The kitchen also contains a Ninja Blender, Baby purée machine, Slow cooker and so much more.
Outdoor space has lounge setting, double bean bag day bed, Webber BBQ, Kids cubby with slide with spectacular water views.
Main bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe, makeup station, King size bed and water views.
Bedroom 2 and 3 have double beds with single bunks above.
Bedroom 4 - A downstairs room dedicated to a kids play room full of toys to keep the kids entertained for hours.
The Cubby has toys and play kitchen, slide which the kids love outside.
The stairs also have glass gates at the top and bottom for piece of mind with your little ones.
The Magnesium Pool provides a nice relaxing feel with a floating day bed and plenty of blow up toys for the kids to play for hours.
If you like fishing bring your rod to fish out the back. You have full access to canal through our glass gate and plenty of space to paddle board in the cancel if you have one.
