This is a great house all yours to enjoy any time of the year. In the outskirts of Kiato and with probably the best 360-degree views you can get in the area of Korinth, surrounded by beautiful gardens, perfect for sunset and sunrise watching, away from the crowds, but also close to Athens and Piraeus Port because of the Metro-underground connection in Kiato (90 min.), it is a perfect accommodation for a visit in Korinth, Athens and long-term holidays.
The 200 square meter villa is located on a hill, surrounded by 2,000 square meters of the garden; it oversees Korinthian Gulf and as far as your eyes can stretch, giving you the impression that you are in the air. Villa Stella is built on three floors with contemporary decoration. The plethora of windows offers a wide view of the garden, to the natural environment and sea, making your stay more relaxing.
The villa comprises three levels.
The first level gives access to the living room the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. There is a bathroom with a shower. You will have access to large furnished balconies and a huge garden with many trees giving you their shadow for the whole day. In the area surrounding the house in the garden, there is a stone-built water well and a small church; there is also a dedicated area for barbeque.
Taking the wooden stairs to the second level, you will find two double bedrooms; exterior to the bedrooms there is a sitting area and a desk; there is also a bathroom with toilet and a bathtub. Both bedrooms give access to a balcony with fantastic views to the surrounding area.
On to the third level; there is one bedroom which is practically an apartment all by itself; with a double bed and a single bed, the bedroom connects to a sitting area and a desk; there is a bathroom with toilet facilities and a shower. There is also a large terrace to enjoy.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The villa stays cool because the area is elevated and there is a light breeze that reduces the temperature to very pleasant levels during spring-summer and autumn.
The villa sits on the top of a hill-like area right on the outskirts of a small village named as ‘Lalioti’ which is 500 meters away; so you will be close to an area for quick shopping and everything you need. The city of Kiato is 5 miles away, a quick 10-minute downhill ride by car.
Kiato has a railway station that connects you to Athens and Piraeus port. Both can be reached in about an hour and 30 minutes. You will find beaches for swimming; Pefkias beach is one of the favorite ones in the area. Plenty of supermarkets, taverns bars, and shops have developed on the beachside of Kiato, making it a really popular place to spend time and wonder during your stay.
As you are in Korinth, you can visit the Archeological museum of Korinthos, Ancient Korinthos, the Castle of Penteskoufi, and the observatory of Kryoneri. The forest of Mougostou is also very close; a bit further away there is the famous lake of Stymfalia, the lake of Tsivolou, lake Doxa and the bridge of Korinthos that connects Peloponnese to the main body of Greece. The thermal spas of Loutraki town, together with the Casino are also an interesting place to visit not far away from the villa.
