This is our Family's vacation home and we sincerely want you to enjoy it as much as we do.
This magnificent residence, located at the outskirts of Southeast Attica, is of exceptional architectural taste and offers remarkable serenity and privacy. When you are ready the valley breeze and sunshine will carry you to the treasured Blue-Flagged Kakia Thalassa Beach. The interior is minimal in design and maximal in comfort. Fully equipped with A/C's that go unused most of the time due to the crisp valley breeze and clean country air.
The 3 bedrooms each feature a King size bed with high quality linen, pillows and memory gel pads for the ultimate sleeping experience and ample closet space. All 3 bedrooms access the 2nd floor enormous terrace, ideal for early coffee or maybe late night cap. The 4th bedroom we call "the kids' quarters. Roughly 800ft2 of a full-sized walk-in attic with 7 single beds, 55'' TV smart TV, Board-game table...our version of kid-glamping. The living room features 3 built-in couches with high-quality pillows that can comfortably sleep 3. and high quality furniture.
The residence also features a fully state-of-the-art FRANKE-equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, blender and toaster. There is a separate service room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing table and space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels and blow dryer. The inside and outside dinner tables can comfortably accommodate up to 20 for a complete meal not to forget the smaller table for 6 in the eat-in kitchen. The house is centrally heated during the winter months and furnished with air-conditioning units for the summer.
The 15x5 meter Swimming Pool shallow end offers a relaxing built-in bench while the extra-deep end (3m+) offers a diving board for a friendly dive competition for the youngsters and a pro-dimensions Bocce Ball Court maybe for an afternoon adult cocktail hour.
