Beautiful south west facing architect designed villa with amazing sea views peacefully located on the edge of the old village (Chora) on a 2,000m2 plot. Close to unspoiled beaches, tavernas and shops.

The entrance to the 2 floor-Maisonette is through a wooden gate that opens in to a very private and sheltered walled court yard area (60qm)with mature plants, shrubs and trees.
The kitchen has a large dining table that can seat six. Double windows overlooking the courtyard. There is a side door that gives access to a terrace with solid stone toped table. Around the terrace are numerous plants and shrubs including roses, oleanders and mimosa.
From the kitchen area three steps lead down to a living area with feature open fireplace. Double doors each side of the fireplace open onto a 4m x 2m terrace.
From kitchen area a metal spiral stairway leads to the upper floor. There is a small hall area with good sized storage. There are two double bedrooms with fully fitted en suite shower rooms in white.
The seperate studio is used privately.
