Summary: We have enjoyed the last autumn sunshine in this beautiful place. If you spend a few relaxing days here, you'll understand the meaning of the greek word "Elysium"! If you are looking for party & fun, go somewhere else, this is a place for relaxing all day at the pool, reading a good book, enjoy the magnificent view over the bay, and have a bucolic Greek dinner in the evening. We went there in early November, so already quiet season, but there was a basic but very nice fish tavern still open (Borelli, 1km down the road, lovely folks!) where we enjoyed fresh fish from the grill and a good bottle of wine (ask the junior boss, he has some nice recommendations) several times. Or you can make your own BBQ on the terrace, charcoals and everything is there. We bought the meat for the BBQ at ΚΡΕΟΜΑΡΚΕΤ ΝΑΥΠΛΙΟΥ in Nafplio, a really good butcher. And don't forget to stop in Drepano at Maria's little grocery shop and ask for the house wine of her family! She sells it simply in plastic bottles – but it's perfectly quaffable!
