Cartagena 12A has one bedroom downstairs and another upstairs. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and a private terrace furnished with stylish wicker furniture offering gorgeous views of Las Catalinas. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, a large mirror, and white cabinets. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a TV, a spacious closet, a furnished patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a single sink and a walk-in shower.
The villa's living room offers a comfortable couch and a flat-screen smart TV and is situated next to the dining room, which is furnished with a wooden and iron dining table, a modern light fixture, and chairs and a bench to seat up to eight guests. The living room opens to a beautiful terrace with an al fresco dining set under a shaded patio with a ceiling fan and a private plunge pool with a partial ocean view.
The spacious kitchen has a large arched window over the sink that welcomes in plenty of natural light and is decorated with a beautiful, calming design, with light blue cabinets, open wood shelving, stylish granite countertops, and a kitchen island with three wooden barstools. The fully-equipped kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and stovetop.
One of the most desirable perks of staying at Cartagena 12A is exclusive access to the Las Catalinas Beach Club (7 AM to 8 PM), valued at $30 per person, included in the unit's rate. At the Beach Club, you'll have access to a hot tub, a restaurant, a gym, and three swimming pools — a kid-friendly pool for families, a secluded pool for adults, and a lap pool. The Beach Club also offers a sauna and an ice plunge pool for an extra fee.
Cartagena 12A also has a washer and dryer and a powder bathroom downstairs. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and housecleaning services are available upon request.
No Pets Policy
Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied.

You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Some construction — and a discount
Please note that Las Catalinas is a growing project, and this means construction may be occurring during your stay. Every effort is made to minimize noise, but it's not uncommon to see and hear ongoing construction nearby. It's a small distraction in a beautiful and peaceful place. A discount to compensate guests has already been factored into the price of this unit.
Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.
We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.
Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
