Positive: The room was nice, as you would expect, for what we paid. The pool and gym area were nice. The spare was relaxing before heading to the room. The location was good as it was close to the work event; however, being in the valley, be open to the noise as it felt like the city never stopped. I have to write this here to add it to what I didn't like. On the weekend, I would advise not taking your young one up to the rooftop after 4-5 pm as people are there for the valley, and the group of young men that were having pre-drinks didn't think that their behaviour pulling down their pants was disrespectful with a 2-3 year running around while we as a family were trying to have a BBQ with friends who also had a little one. I am still relatively young myself, and I get it. You are having a good time, but there is a level of respect and behaviour you have when there are young kids around. At least one of the young men said, "Hey, there are kids around!" even though he was laughed at. This happened around 4:45 pm, as we thought we would get up there in case people would have a drink on the rooftop before they went out; however, it was not early enough, which is a shame as the rooftop was such a relaxing space. I also have to add this here: Communication during the stay, when we mentioned the second car park, still hasn't been resolved.

Negative: We were told we could park in the visitor's car park; however, on arrival, there was a sign stating that you can't park there for more than 8 hours in a 24—hour period. Kooii staff mentioned we could do so if we booked through them directly, which makes no sense. We were happy to pay for the second car park, but Kooii said that as we didn't book through them and they don't have our details, they can't offer that option to us. I didn't know booking through booking.com was different. We had to drive 35 minutes to my parent's house to drop the second car off, which defeated the reason we booked the week: we had a work event in which one car could be loaded with our merchandise and the other to get around. There were only four towels for a 2-bedroom apartment, and we had three people staying. There were no towels for swimming. To add to the above, we didn't get cleaning services or new towels. When I asked reception if we could get new towels, they said NO, as we didn't book directly through the Kooii apartments. The receptionist even stated that maybe we should book through them directly next time as we would be offered the additional services. The air con didn't work the whole stay. I went to the switchboard and noticed it was off, so I turned it on, but even when I turned it on, the air con screen still didn't work. It looked like work had been done before our stay, as gyprock particles were under the air conditioner screen. I assume maybe the job wasn't completed before our stay. Kooii reception staff were no help because we did not book directly with them. I also don't understand why you have to do the housekeeping at the end of your stay. If booked through Kooii apartments, housekeeping and cleaning would be included. We are clean people anyway, but the little bit of additional work a cleaner would have to do is minimal as they are going there anyway. We were unhappy with the service and the above.
