Sandstone Point is located directly across on the mainland from Bribie Island. It is the perfect family neighborhood with its own beachfront, walking tracks, biking paths, parks, playgrounds, fields, and shopping center. It offers everything Bribie Island does and more as you do not have to get caught up in all the busy crowds and holiday makers. But of course, if you want the island its less than 5km away. It is a beautiful walk across the bridge from the property and of course a trip in the car is less than two minutes. You also can't beat the location of this home if you are attending Sandstone Point Hotel as it is within walking distances.
The house is overlooking the stunning waters of Pumicestone Passage towards Bribie Island. The property is built for families with three outdoor entertaining areas, multiple indoor entertaining areas including a games room and kids' area. But a very special touch is the roof top area overlooking the water and neighboring suburbs it really makes you feel like royalty.
The lower level has been designed for the kids or the young at heart. With two bedrooms housing a queen bed in one room and a double bed in the other, a bathroom, lounge room and games room containing a ping pong table, bar fridge and internal seating area. The games room flows directly out to the undercover area that over looks the sparkling in ground swimming pool.
Upstairs you will find the large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room all with expansive views of the water. This area opens to the balcony to capture the ocean just that little bit more. You will find another two bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the other.
