KALAAL COTTAGE is a three bedroom holiday house plus converted garage/sleep out 2 minutes walk from the beautiful white sands of Callala Beach. The beach is child safe and dog friendly with off leash area at the end of our street.
In the house Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed. The converted garage/sleep out has two triple bunk plus a Queen bed. This sleeping configuration would be ideal for two families, one in the house and one in the garage or parents inside the house and teenagers in the garage. Doonas and pillows are provided, you will need to supply linen, towels and tea towels. The house is non-smoking.
KALAAL COTTAGE is located an easy two hour drive from the Sutherland Shire plus is fully fenced and of course dog friendly. The laundry is equipped with washing machine, ironing board/iron plus a second toilet and shower. We also have an outdoor shower for salt and sand.
An undercover outdoor entertainment area with seating for 10 and a 6 burner BBQ to make the most of a relaxing summer night meals.
The house can be rented all year round and we have a wood combustion heater for the colder months and fans in all bedrooms for the warmer days.
The Local Area
The local country club has a nice restaurant and also has an 18 hole golf course and bowling greens where you can play bare foot bowls. There is also a take away shop with fish and chips and burgers
Around at Callala Bay you will find an IGA, bakery, butcher, post office, newsagent, bottle shop and a pharmacy. There are some cafes and pizza place that also delivers.
There is a Woolworths located only 10 minutes away at Culburra Beach.
