Spread out over 3 levels with an abundance of space this home is built for entertaining or simply spending time with your family enjoying a BBQ by the private swimming pool. Park your car in the garage and enter the TUGUN LOOKOUT up the stairs and into your own Tiki bar and entertainment space complete with pool table, flowing onto the back deck adjoining the sparkling waters of your own private lap pool. Move into the home on the main living area complete with a queen size bedroom, bathroom, laundry, open plan kitchen, living and dining area, opening onto the second of the large decks taking in the magnificent ocean front. Go down a level you will find two more large bedrooms with an adjoining deck and shared bathroom. The parents retreat is located on the top level, an oasis on its own. With your own private deck you can take in the views, kick back and relax. There is also another large bedroom located on this level for those parents that wish their young children close.
TUGUN LOOKOUT is walking distance to the Tugun Village, with local cafes, restaurants, takeaway bars, fashion and beauty shops. You are also a stone’s throw from the beautiful Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and Currumbin Beach. You have the best of the local surf clubs to choose from either walk left along the beach front to the Currumbin Surf Club or right to the Tugun Surf Club. No need for a long drive from the plane, this oasis awaits you a short distance of 10 minutes from the Coolangatta Airport.
