THE SPACE:
Tropical 'Villa Bella' with Private Pool is located on Clifton Beach, about 850m from the beach and 20 minute drive from Cairns City.
This listing includes the main house + granny flat set in the tropical garden with a pool area.
All bedrooms as well as living areas are air-conditioned.
MAIN HOUSE:
The lounge area offers a lounge suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free unlimited WiFi and a selection of board games are provided for your entertainment during your stay.
Five bedrooms fit out with comfortable mattresses, AC, and ceiling fans.
Master bedroom located on the ground floor next to kitchen has a king-size bed + ensuite. The other three bedrooms on the first floor, accessible by stairs only, have a queen-size bed. One of them access is via bathroom only. The last bedroom, also on the first floor, has two single-size beds.
The main house comes with three bathrooms including 1 bathtub and internal laundry.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.
GRANNY FLAT:
Granny flat is located behind the house and offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, small kitchen and a living room. Both bedrooms quality mattresses, AC, and ceiling fans, one with king-size bed and the other with queen-size bed. There is also another washing machine and a dryer outside the granny flat.
Granny flat is optional, discount provided if not used, contact us prior booking.
The property's fabulous private outdoor, tropical plants, seating area, undercover dining area and the private swimming pool is suitable for a quiet and respectful family or friends gatherings.
PLEASE NOTE:
The first level with four bedrooms and two bathrooms is accessible by stairs only, master bedroom on the ground floor and granny flat have no stairs.
There is no fence between the street and house therefore it could be dangerous for small children unless supervised.
The garden and pool are maintained regularly every approx 2 weeks. It is possible our gardener or pool guy come during your stay (weekdays), they do not access the house so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans.
As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
