Positive: I was worried after reading many of the reviews, but this place wasn't as bad as I feared. As long as your expectations are realistic-this is a budget accommodation that is a but rundown, you shouldn't be disappointed. The location was excellent as it was so close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the tv had channels to watch. The hosts were communicative and accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Negative: The balcony leaked in the rain in multiple spots and most annoyingly right in front of the door. The door from the balcony to the street exit could only be unlocked with a key which was inconvenient and could be dangerous if there was a fire and you needed to exit quickly. The booking made it clear that there were no linens and wifi, but it is still annoying. If you have to pay for these, you should consider looking at properties that are priced 150$ (the cost of linen rental) higher as they are nicer and often include linens and wifi.
