Summary: The lady on the phone had been nice enough to move our dates after we had booked the wrong dates. When we arrived. We were assigned apartment 3. Big stench hit us when we opened the door. The couches were so gross. There's a white board and tables stack on each other. There's also a projector. I think this used to be a conference room or something. It smelled like noone had stayed in there for a while.....a stale/mouldy kind of smell. The linen also feel very cheap. Beautiful views when you go to the side of rhe porperty thoigh. We couldn't stay there daily because of the smell and yucky couches and we explained our situation and unfortunately there's noone onsite to oversee or assist. They knocked back our request for a refund. We drove back to Cairns and spoilt ourselves at the Hilton
