This immaculately appointed stay is spread over three levels, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the middle floor that extends seamlessly to an outdoor dining area and provides a stylish yet laidback setting to relax and entertain.
The expansive kitchen is complete with a butler’s pantry and dishwasher as well as a six-seater table and additional stools at the breakfast bar. You can also head outside to savour your morning coffee alfresco followed by a refreshing dip, or enjoy a casual lunch while overlooking the pool.
The inviting living area features ample seating to accommodate everyone around the TV, while central air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. Upstairs, a second living area includes a generous corner sofa and TV, here you’ll also find two bedrooms, a workspace and a bathroom.
Three bedrooms sleep five guests, with the primary bedroom upstairs featuring a king-size bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom on the upper floor offering a single bed. The primary ensuite has a walk-in shower, a double vanity and a bathtub while both main bathrooms are appointed with a shower and complimentary toiletries, one also includes a bathtub.
Added conveniences include a private washing machine and dryer plus a garage accommodating three cars where you’ll also find gym equipment.
Please note that while the property has four rooms, one is locked and not available for guest use as it is currently undergoing renovation.

The Bulimba Ferry Terminal is a further five-minute walk, you will also have several city-bound bus stops within a stone’s throw of your stay.
