Rosecliffe Boutique Farm Cottages is Noosa Hinterland nature retreat -farm stay with magnificent views & abundant wildlife. Rosecliffe is set 93 acres Rosecliffe bordering Woondum National Park Rainforest, perched hilltop above the rolling green hills of Pinbarren Valley with sweeping views extending across the Noosa Hinterland to the sea. Rosecliffe is in close proximity to a huge range of activities such bush walking, bird watching, mountain biking, weekend markets, surfing, swimming, antique shops, sightseeing, fine dining & canoeing, surfing, swimming beaches with turquoise waters, boutiques and restaurants.
Be surrounded by sounds and sights of nature. Rosecliffe is Land for Wildlife property and has a titled Conservation Preserve. It is a significant wildlife corridor linking Pinbarren and Woondum National Parks. Wildlife includes red necked-wallabies, squirrel & sugar gliders, pademelons, echidnas, koalas, black cockatoos, wedge-tailed eagles and many more rainforest bird species. We feed the wild birds daily and get an array of rain forest species visiting our feeders. At night you will be surrounded by a dazzling array of stars. A daybreak you will hear a chorus of singing rainforest birds welcoming the sunrise.
The farm stay has a truly beautiful saltwater waterfall infinity pool with spectacular views.
The Noosa Trails System is right at the entrance of the property and connects with over 400 km of purpose built trails wonderful for walking, bird watching and mountain biking. Sweeping views of the coast and ocean and the sentinel mountain of Mount Pinbarren National Park can be seen from most of the property and wildlife abounds. We provide you with Noosa Trail Map and a flashlight for nature spotting a night.
We invite you to join in with the daily feeding of the farm animals, collect eggs from the hen house.
The Melbourne Tram is dog friendly and suitable for 1 dog to stay. The Tram is securely fenced so your doggy will be secure to freely wander the living spaces but there is no yard in this area so your doggy will need to be walked. We ask that you keep your dog on leash when on the property.

The space
This Historic W Class Tram number 1004 was built in 1955 and ran the iconic St Kilda line until it was retired in 1992. With the assistance and guidance of Bendigo Tramways and the Newport Workshops, this tram has been lovely restored & is now fitted out in 1st class Railway saloon car style with overstuffed Victorian brocade couch, high backed claw foot bath tub, 1920's inlaid wooden bed and gentleman's wardrobe. The tram has a mahogany butlers kitchen and the toilet is located in the conductors cabin complete with driver's wheel.
A bottle of French Bubbly will be waiting for you in the fridge.
