Berth access is provided in the inside 8 mt berth with power and water. There is a permanent tenant on the front of the berth. There is secure, garage parking for 1 vehicle.

Two pavilions are linked by wide covered decks creating four separate spaces and flexibility of living.

4: A lower level which incorporates the 4th bedroom and bathroom linking directly to the pool.

Pets are welcome (this excludes dogs that dig up gardens and lawn as well as dogs that howl continuously when left home alone)
