Other Things to Note:
This home is in a brand new area of SW Calgary, so there is construction happening around the area and in the complex. To use the garage you will have to open and close it from the inside. There is no bar stools in the kitchen, I am looking at getting some. The kitchen is equipped but just the basics. (small pots, pans, plates, bowls etc..)
