A cute and cosy retro style beach house is a special little place to spend your next family holiday. Located one street back from Bribie Islands world class Woorim beach offering
you endless miles of sparkling blue water and white sand. You will also find a park area and bushland next door and behind which gives you privacy and quiet. The centre of town
is a short easy walk up the footpath which has shops, cafes, clubs, parks, restaurants and public transport.
This special beach house has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with the front and back verandas boarding both sides of the property. The front veranda has a lovely
seating area to enjoy a morning coffee and soak up the sun and sounds of the waves crashing against the shore. Through the large glass sliding doors you will be meet with the
living room which has couches, a TV and DvD player as well as a good selection of books, Dvds and board games.
The dining room table has seating for six and the kitchen has plenty of kitchenware to prepare a lovely family meal. On the back veranda you can sit back and overlook the fully
fenced yard and bushland. There is a BBQ for the guest's use which makes this a great area to relax while watching over the kids and your family dog play.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and built in robe. In the second bedroom there is two single beds and an extra single mattress, a ceiling fan and built in robe
as well. Both bedrooms share the main bathroom which is fitted with a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet.

Please note linen is not included and you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels. Doonas and pillows will always be
provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $25.00 x Double Set and $17.50 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.
Accommodates 5: 1 Queen bed, 2 Single beds, 1 Trundle bed.
A $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.
A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved
after your vacate.
