The gated landscaped grounds are just a pleasure to behold with a plethora of beautiful trees and colourful gardens and plenty of room for children to run and play.
The home has 3 good size bedrooms with a queen bed in each, 2 bathrooms , formal lounge / dining plus a sitting area with a combustion fire adjacent to the games room that comes complete with pool table, dart board, large flat screen television with Foxtel, arcade games.

A 10 minute easy walk to the main street and you will find Shops, Cafes, Supermarket, Bottle shop, Bakeries, Takeaway food and the Information Centre with staff always happy to share the details for local attractions.
Drive to one of the local pristine beaches or neighbouring beach towns of Cudmirrah and Berrara within minutes.
Dolphin and Whale watching cruises depart from Huskisson (approx. 30 min drive).

Parties and Functions are not allowed at our property. This included hens, bucks parties and schoolies celebrations. Please do not book if this is your intent. Our neighbouring properties are permanent residents so we ask that consideration is given to them by keeping to the listed quiet times which are 10pm-8am. This is also a council requirement. Access to our property is only permitted to the registered booking guests. Any violations to these rules will unfortunately result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
