Welcome to Sea Dweller, a luxurious retreat on one of South Australia’s most pristine beaches with spectacular ocean views. With over 80 cellar doors and countless restaurants within a ten minute drive, it's the perfect location for catching up with friends and family; and when evening arrives get ready to enjoy a spectacular sunset from the front deck.
The Space:
This spacious home features an open plan kitchen, dining and living room all with magnificent sea views from the first floor. Glass doors open to the balcony and sea breezes. The newly renovated gourmet kitchen is well equipped with new Bosch and Smeg appliances, an induction stovetop, French door refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to enjoy a fabulous home cooked meal. Also on the first floor is a spacious master bedroom with a plush king bed, built in robe, black out roller blinds and modern ensuite.
Head downstairs to a family retreat with a large living room and 2 bedrooms, one offering a Queen bed, built in robe and black out blinds and the other with 2 king single beds perfect for little ones or additional guests. Visitors are no problem with a comfortable pull out double bed in the living area. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and bathtub with separate toilet. Step outside through sliding doors to the newly landscaped front courtyard complete with outdoor rain shower.
