A local Cretan holiday home offering stunning sea views from inside and outside, located on a hill in the immediate vicinity of Rethymno city center. The villa is a ground floor unit of 130 sq. with easy access to the large garden from all rooms. The vacation rental consists of a spacious living area of 75 sq 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Experience a real feeling of freedom as from the interior you have immediate access to the can lay back on the sun recliners, rest in a shaded hammock settled under a huge tree, listen to the birds, fully relax in a quiet and private surrounding and enjoy the scenery towards the sea. The entire plot is fenced and you find private car parking spots behind the entrance gate.
- Living space
The living area consists of a really spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. This space is bright and allows a free view to the outside area from the large windows doors. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a triple and double sofa and a classic office desk for the guests who need to keep up with some work. A Smart TV with Astra satellite connection for the foreign channels. An air-conditioning unit (cool/heat), an open fire place and wood stove burner will guarantee a pleasant stay during any season. Wireless internet access is provided.

The holiday house offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with separate freezer, dish washer, micro wave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. Porcelain plates and cutlery as well as the local fresh ingredients do allow you to prepare a tasty meal. At the back side of the house next to the entrance gate you can use the stone build barbecue unit.

The 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes, window doors, full length mirrors and air-condition units. The master bedroom with sea view consists of a double bed (150 cm), the second bedroom with sea view offers a large double bed (160 cm) and the third bedroom with mountain view offers 2 single beds.

The vacation unit offers a spacious bathroom with bath, toilet, basin & washing machine. Also a second bathroom with shower, toilet and basin will facilitate your comfort.
