There is the public bus that runs regularly (every 40 mins) right along Point Nepean Road from Frankston to Portsea.
If it's wineries and breweries you would like to visit then try The Brew Bus tours, numerous establishments run their own shuttle services too. Of course, there is always Taxi and Uber.
