Home Stay in Muizenberg - My home is part of a larger house which has 3 separate living areas. I occupy the top part of the house with my teenage son and two dogs, Django & Sheeba.
Our home is a 10 minute walk to Muizenberg Village which is a beautiful sea-side community with an 'old-world' feel and some of the most enjoyable hangouts, on the False Bay coastline of Cape Town.
My home is peaceful, serene yet very basic, safe & always clean.
The house has a large lounge area, dining room with a mountain view, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a lovely outside - wooden deck, from which you can observe the shoreline, nearby. There is also a front and back-garden which is ideal for a 'BRAAI' or BBQ :)
All amenities, such as restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, train station (transport) is within an easy walking distance. Cape Town, central is accessible by Train in 40 minutes. Nearby Muizenberg Surfers Corner is regarded as the 'original' Cape Town surfing hotspot and is always abuzz with locals, visitors and tourists alike. My home is also a 5 minute walk to Muizenberg Beach.
Other highlights include the weekly, Muizenberg Flea Market (Sundays) and also the Blue Bird Garage Food & Goods Market (Fridays & Saturdays).
