Noosa Dunes is a luxury gated complex that is situated between Castaways and Marcus Beach on the ocean side of David Low Way. With direct beach access through a secured door near the house, you can be on the sand within minutes or you may choose to explore the cycle/walkway which passes by the estate that extends up the coast to Noosa or south to Peregian Beach.
The Space
Nestled among the coastal trees of the Noosa National Park at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you are treated to privacy and seclusion.
Upon entering the spacious entrance, you are welcomed with views across the open-plan living and out to the pool. The living is complete with two large lounges, an occasional chair, and a smart TV, offering an ambient setting to unwind together. Open the bi-folding doors to the outdoor alfresco, taking complete advantage of the idyllic ocean aspects and cooling breezes. This space is ideal to enjoy your morning coffee.
The kitchen overlooks the open-plan space and features stone benchtops, quality appliances, and bar-style seating. With an emphasis on bringing people together, an 8-person dining setting takes center stage, with local photography lining the walls.
Across two levels, the bedrooms are positioned for maximum privacy. The spacious master suite is complete with a king bed, walk-in-wardrobe, and ensuite.
