Downstairs:
Upon entry is a double car garage, the multipurpose room and a bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. Set up with a queen bed in the bedroom and a bunk in the multipurpose room, downstairs creates a great space to accommodate a family separate to the upstairs bedrooms.
Mid-Level:
Boasts a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outlook over the pool and backyard. With large open doors to the patio the space can really open up for a variety of outdoor and indoor living and dining options perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon wine and cheese. The main living room has a smart TV for the lazy days or to entertain the kids.
When you’re not at the beach, swim in the pool. Or whip up lunch and dinner with the help of the gas barbecue and al-fresco pool pavilion. Also, a perfect stop to sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy the evening away.
Upstairs:
Located upstairs the master suite. In the bedroom a King bed and walk in robe. The large master bedroom its own private retreat completes with a lounge, smart TV, and balcony. The large ensuite had a jet bath, shower, and toilet.

MUSIC:
There is to be no loud music at this property. The property is situated in a quiet residential estate. Noise travels extremely easily from this house. Please at the respect of our neighbours keep music to a normal talking level. Quiet times are from 7pm - 8am
POOL and OUTDOORS
Enjoy the pool and outdoor dining, its a fantastic space. To be considerate to our neighbours pool hours are between 8am and 8pm. If you are using the outdoor area or balcony later than 7pm please consider your noise levels.
Pets:
We love being able to provide this property as pet friendly, however we ask you respect the following rules so we can continue to provide this for future guests
- CLEAN UP after your pet, inside and out. Vacuum any excess fur from inside the house.
- No pets on the bed. I know some of you are ok with this, however other guests with no pets are not. It can be hard to remove pet smell from the bedrooms
- Keep pets off the furniture
BBQ
Please clean the BBQ and drip tray before you leave. This helps keep the cleaning fee charge down. If the BBQ is excessively dirty we will charge a $60 BBQ cleaning fee
