The Space:
The outdoor dining area with a beautifully landscaped garden and two water features is perfect for family gatherings or afternoon barbecues.
Both indoor and outdoor dining tables are extension tables and each can accommodate 8 people or be shortened for more intimate dining.
The kitchen/dining and lounge area is open plan and easily accessed for outdoor entertaining.
Featuring 4 bedrooms all fitted out with comfortable Queen size beds and 3 bathrooms.
Afternoons on the upstairs deck are the ideal place to have a quiet read, drink or just chill out and watch the sunset after a day at the beach.
Air conditioning and fans are available throughout the home, but generally, the house has good flow through ventilation and catches summer breezes.

Pernille- "Deirdre & Phil's beautiful house was perfect for our family holiday to the Sunny Coast over the Christmas break. The kitchen was so well supplied that cooking Christmas dinner was no problem at all, in addition to cooking several extended family meals.
The location was fantastic with a very short walk to both the ocean beach and the calm harbour. The garden was beautiful with great outdoor furniture and an awesome BBQ.
All towels and bedding were beautiful quality and the 4 bedrooms were all set up great. We had the aircons on when it was really hot but preferred to have the windows open to catch the cool sea breezes and hear the surf crashing on the nearby beach at night.
We will definitely be back!!"

The Mooloolah River is a great place to swim, the point is a fabulous surfing spot, walk/bike tracks 2 minutes away.
The park contains many barbecues, children’s playground and gym.
Great cafes are at your door step.
Getting Around:
You may leave your car and walk or cycle everywhere! Beautiful surroundings. Buses are available from Kawana Shopping Centre.
Other Things to Note:
No Access to the garage - Guests to Park in Driveway.
No Access to the Pool Umbrella.
